When you join the waitlist, we collect: your email address, role (owner-operator / facility manager / other), stable size band, and country. This information is used solely to prioritize early-access invitations and to send you updates about Equiplan.

Retention

Waitlist data is retained until launch plus a reasonable follow-up period, or until you request deletion.
